- Bug reports — describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
- Feature requests — tell us what you’re trying to do. Concrete use cases beat abstract wishlists.
- Teacher / classroom feedback — we love hearing how ClueGrid is being used in the classroom and what would make it better for educators.
- Copyright concerns — if a puzzle on ClueGrid uses your material and you’d like it removed, email us with the puzzle link and a description of the issue.
- Privacy and data requests — see the Privacy Policy for your rights and email us to exercise them.
- Press & partnerships — interviews, collaborations, or partnership ideas are welcome.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on the homepage and theme pages. If you’re stuck on something, check the FAQ on the relevant page first — but if it’s not there, please do send the email anyway. The questions we get often turn into new FAQ entries.
